Agency Founder Angela Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the personal care industry. Although she founded the agency in 2012, Angela chose to rename it iCherish in 2014 because she loves and cherishes the work she does and the clients she and her team serve.
After experiencing what it was like as a child to watch her father care for her sick mother, Angela realized she too had a gift and passion for caring for others. She understands what it's like for family members to struggle with the emotional roller coaster and stress of caring for loved ones and is dedicated to making the process easier for both clients and their families.

At iCherish, our caregivers and nurses go through a thorough federal background check. Angela also conducts random drug tests to ensure her team members remain committed to the agency’s objective to provide exceptional care and nursing. The iCherish team includes Certified Nursing Assistants, Patient Care Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses.
Unlike many franchise agencies that have a high turnover rate, Angela's staff remains consistent. She has six team members who have been with her since she started in 2012. This means clients and families can expect a familiar friendly face to provide care, rather than a new person each week. Angela's high expectations for her staff encompass all facets of being a professional, compassionate caregiver and nurse from appearance and speech to skill level. She nurtures her staff and her clients and believes this extra measure of consideration and dedication makes iCherish stand apart
